GLY 2010 “Physical Geology” is a three credit-hour course that is one of the College’s Natural Science offerings. The science of Geology encompasses the study of surficial and internal materials and processes, occurring and operating on the earth, both today and in the past.

Our text, “Essentials of Geology (7th Ed.)”, by Frederick Lutgens and
Edward Tarbuck, was selected to be used in conjunction with the “Earth
Revealed” tape series.
3) The Net Notes
We have developed a series of notes available on the internet at the
following URL: http://dept. sfcollege.edu/jklein or alternatively:
dept.sfcollege.edu/jklein. Click on the TV course Icon. These notes should
help with both the essay questions and the multiple choice questions
4) The instructors
As stated earlier, one of us will be available every Tuesday night
from 7-8:45 p.m. to answer your questions. Consult our schedule for availability
